Spontaneous rupture of the kidney is relatively uncommon, It usually secondary to various underlying diseases such as hydrenepbrosis, calculous discase, and renal neoplasm, Herein extremely rare case of spontaneous rupture of the kidney secondary to renal tuberculosis in a 26 year old Korean male soldier is presented with a brief review of the literature.
